Highly recommend Mint Auto Body! Took my BMW 330i GT here for repairs, and they did an absolutely stellar job. The quality of the work is flawless—the car looks like new again. I also really appreciated their communication and customer service; everything was straightforward and professional. Handling the process with ICBC was incredibly smooth and completely stress-free for me. Rajan and the whole team are true professionals. Extremely satisfied with the results!

Very professional right from the first call to the point they offered to help me out with my flat tire. My car required to be fixed of scratches and dent at the bumper. The staff were so helpful and assisted me well with the requirements and time required to fix. Arranged a rent a car and kept me well informed. The car was fixed within couple of days as committed. Surely recommended for a job well done!

Unfortunately had an ICBC accident in May, ended up with some scratches, a chunk out of my rim and a pushed in fender on my brand new 2026 Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. I was absolutely devastated as it was the first scratch since I bought it in January. Called Mint immediately after putting in the claim as they came up well recommended. They were so helpful over the phone, booked me in really quickly for an assessment and talked me through the process. Shan was calm, collected and so patient with me as this was my very first car accident ever, I didn’t know what I was doing. They got me in, got everything submitted and approved very quick, ordered parts for me right away. Called me when they came in and got booked in, made sure I was hooked up with a courtesy car. I have, and will continue to recommend this shop to everyone I know. They fixed my car back to brand new, and honestly they did such a nice clean on it, I swear it looked and smelled better than it did off the lot. I also didn’t have a key for my lug nuts (dealership didn’t give me one), the talked me through my options given it was an ICBC claim and they might’ve had to do additional work that understandably wouldn’t be covered by icbc, they worked magic to get it off anyways, the dealership was no help at all. Their entire staff are lovely, hardworking, and really care about what they do. Their customer service was top notch and they made a super stressful situation so much better. I will be taking all our vehicles to Mint moving forwards, especially for any body work. Highly recommend. 100/10.

I had a great experience at this shop. I was nervous about getting my car fixed as I had never gotten body work done before and just wanted to be reassured that my car was going to be perfect. The entire team was very kind and knowledgeable. They made sure to spend time with me going over everything and explaining all that would need to be done, making me feel like they really cared. The work they did was great and the people made the experience even better. They had noticed a door ding that I had ( it wasn’t apart of the job I brought my car in for) and since they were working on that door anyways they fixed that for me as well! I really appreciated the fact that they even detailed my car for me too! I would definitely bring my car back to them in the future if it ever needs a job done.

My car was hit in a hit and run while parked, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Shan went above and beyond to help get my car repaired and made everything stress-free. I was even provided a courtesy car despite my insurance not having that coverage. The repairs were flawless, and my car looks brand new. I highly recommend coming here they truly take care of you every step of the way.
